We plan around your schedule: service hours that match session breaks, staffing sized to your attendance and a setup that fits the space you give us. For multi-day conventions we can staff the full run.
Sponsors can brand the cart and cups, which turns the beverage station into a sponsor opportunity. We can also add an espresso cart from Miami Coffee Cart so attendees have coffee and refreshers in one place.

Can you serve large teams?
Yes. We scale staffing and service time to your headcount. Share your guest count in the quote form and we will recommend the right setup.
Can the cart be branded for our company?
Yes. We offer custom branding, including printed cups and cart styling that match your logo and colors.
Do you offer coffee as well as refreshers?
Yes. We can pair refreshers with a full espresso coffee cart from our sister brand Miami Coffee Cart, or with matcha or hot chocolate.
What do you need from our office or venue?
We typically need a standard power outlet and about 5x5 feet of space. Our team coordinates with building management for load-in when needed.
How far ahead should we book?
We recommend 3 to 6 weeks for larger company events. Smaller events can often be booked on shorter notice.
How much does corporate refresher catering cost?
Refresher cart catering starts at $700, which covers 2 hours of service, one professional barista and up to 50 guests. Final pricing depends on guest count, hours of service, flavors and branding.
