What do you need from the venue?
We typically need a standard power outlet and about 5x5 feet of space, and we coordinate with venue load-in and setup rules.
How far ahead should we book?
We recommend 4 to 6 weeks ahead for major shows, since booth schedules are set well in advance.

Convention centers, expo halls and hotel ballrooms across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, with events further out in South Florida on request.
How much does trade show refresher bar cost?
Refresher cart catering starts at $700, which covers 2 hours of service, one professional barista and up to 50 guests. Final pricing depends on guest count, hours of service, flavors and branding.
