We plan around your schedule: service hours that match session breaks, staffing sized to your attendance and a setup that fits the space you give us. For multi-day conventions we can staff the full run.

What space and power do you need?
About 5x5 feet and a standard power outlet. We bring the cart, the ingredients, ice and cups.
How far ahead should we book?
We recommend 3 to 6 weeks ahead, and earlier for peak wedding season.

Refresher cart catering starts at $700, which covers 2 hours of service, one professional barista and up to 50 guests. Final pricing depends on guest count, hours of service, flavors and branding.
